Product designer based in New Delhi, four years in, almost three of them at Fretron designing logistics SaaS for one of India's largest 3PL providers. The work is operational - dense data, semi-literate users, real consequences when the design call goes wrong. It's the kind of work that doesn't make portfolio mood boards but actually moves enterprise products forward.
Before Fretron: a books e-commerce app where the drop-off wasn't where the brief said it was, an EdTech analytics product where the hard problem was surfacing complex analysis without forcing interpretation, and a COVID-relief platform where information hierarchy mattered more than visual polish. First design role was an NGO. Every role since has been on B2B or operational software.
